AI-Powered Personalised E-Learning and Adaptive Assessment Platform for Indian Academia

Objective: To engineer a scalable AI-driven web platform that delivers personalised learning content and adaptive assessments tailored to individual student performance in Indian educational institutions.

India's diverse educational landscape faces challenges in addressing varied student learning paces, assessment fairness, and dropout rates, especially in higher education and competitive exam preparation sectors. Traditional one-size-fits-all e-learning systems fail to cater to individual learning gaps, resulting in disengagement and suboptimal outcomes for students from different backgrounds and regions.

This project proposes the design and deployment of a cloud-native, AI-driven platform that leverages machine learning to dynamically personalise lesson sequencing, recommend remedial content, and generate adaptive assessments based on real-time learner analytics. The system interfaces with students and faculty, tracks granular progress, and continuously optimises the learning pathway using data-driven insights.

Key deliverables include a working web-based platform featuring secure user authentication, integration with popular Indian curricula (e.g., CBSE/State Board syllabi), AI-based content recommendation engine, auto-proctored adaptive quizzes, detailed analytics dashboards for educators, and deployment on a public cloud (such as AWS or Azure). The prototype will be demonstrated using real educational datasets and a live user scenario.

This solution addresses critical gaps in scalable, equitable education technology for India, offering measurable improvements in student engagement and learning outcomes.
